Gone are the days of undesirable decaf — this one impresses even the most discerning coffee drinkers, with a softly floral, sophisticated profile not at all dampened in the Swiss Water decaffeination® process. Enjoy buttery notes of caramel and sweet milk chocolate with smooth, balanced body as espresso, drip, or French press. Even without its leaves, the Aspen soaks up the sunlight — likewise, we can enjoy a delicious cup of coffee without the kick.

A good cuppa

The Trembling Aspen decaf is a bit astringent at first with some sharp notes. A medium coffee, on an average, not too strong. It has pretty good balance and flavor.

Hands down the bees decaf coffee anywhere

I make it as French roast, mill ground to a medium courseness. I have served it many times to friends who have no idea it's decaf and comment on how I make the best cup of coffee.
