Historically, the bark of the Western Red Cedar has been used for many important staples, which is why we gave its name to our most versatile coffee. Gentle plummy acidity meets the warmth and sweetness of brown sugar, bringing just enough sparkle to the creamy milk chocolate undertones — a profile that stands tall and mighty on its own or with milk, brewed as drip, press, cold brew, or espresso.

Versatile

I really wanted to like this coffee, but it did not live up to its description of taste. It is however, versatile.
I made it as an espresso and a French Press, both produced a similar taste. The best way I could describe it is as diner coffee. It’s not a bad thing, just not sweet and chocolaty as I expected and had anticipated.
Maybe it was the batch or the bag. The delivery was quick and efficient so I would order a different blend to try.
I have yet to try the decaf I’ve ordered.

Favorite Coffee

As a fairly picky coffee drinker, this is my new favorite!

Love these coffees but this is my favourite. I splurged and got the 5lb. Going to freeze and use as needed. This has become my locally sourced go to coffee!💜
